North Shore Senior Center members are invited to the Annual Meeting of the membership. The meeting begins at 10 a.m. with a State of the Center presentation with Executive Director Tish Rudnicki and the election of new board members. Following the business meeting, Dr. Tamar Gefen, director of Northwestern University's renowned SuperAger Program, explores the latest research on healthy brain aging and shares fascinating insights from participant brain studies. Longtime SuperAger participant Ralph Rehbock, joins in the presentation to discuss his 12-year experience in the program.
