Online Class Instructions

 
How to Search for a Class
  1. Click "Browse" in the blue menu bar.
  2. In the menu that drops down, click on "All Classes."
  3. You may click on the various categories to seach for classes, or click on the orange quick link buttons for other options, such as Online Classes. 
 
How to Register
  1. When you see a class that you would like to register for, click on “Add to Cart” to add the class to your shopping cart.
  2. Click “Checkout“ in the upper right corner of your screen. You will be taken to your Shopping Cart to review your order.
  3. Review your order, enter payment information (if applicable), and make sure to check "Agree to Policies"
  4. Scroll down and click the orange “Checkout“ button to complete your order. When you see the “Thank you” screen, you have completed your registration. This step is very important!  
  5. When you complete your registration, you will receive a registration confirmation and a transacction receipt via email.

How To Join an Online Class 
  1. Once you have registered, you will receive an email meeting reminder before the class. Save this email. You will need the link in this email to join the class meeting.
  2. At the time the class is scheduled to begin, click on the link in the meeting reminder email. It will open the Zoom meeting screen.
  3. Join using computer audio and video. Enjoy your class!
 
Dialing-in to an Online Class using a Telephone

If your computer or device does not support the audio component of the Zoom meeting, you may call in and listen to the class by telephone.                                                                   Prior to the class meeting an email will be send to all registered participants that will include a Dial in number and a Meeting ID number.
 
  1. Call the Dial in number at 312.626.6799.
  2. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID included from your email meeting reminders.
  3. When prompted for a Participant ID, just click #. You do not need to enter a number here.
