Learn how to improve your balance, prevent a fall, and get up from a fall if needed. Terrence Wallce, also from AgeOptions, will do a Fall Prevention Demonstration. Various screenings will also be available with Taisha Selby to help you learn more about your health. Refreshments will also be available after the presentation.
