Alfonso Iannelli emigrated from Italy to America in 1898, and over the next seven decades this sculptor, artist, and designer achieved unique artistic accomplishments. Some of his works include theatrical posters in Los Angeles, Sprite sculptures for Frank Lloyd Wright's Midway Gardens in Chicago, works for the 1933 Chicago World's Fair, and other collaborations with noted artists and architects.
